The issue with hitch extenders is that they cut the capacity of the hitch they are installed in by 50 percent and since your tow vehicle is a CR-V which probably doesn't have a higher capacity to begin with a different solution might be your better choice.

Your best RV e-bike rack is the RV Rider part # HLY64FR which is RV approved for e-bikes and has the most clearance between the hitch pin hole and the wheel trays. Yes, the Roadmaster Automatic Battery Disconnect with Switch part # RM-766 will fit your 2013 Honda Fit Sport. The reason you do not see it listed as a fit is because the owner's manual does not specify that the battery needs to be disconnected while in tow.
